SURF CIRCUIT


Try out the SURFSET® in a HIIT environment (high intensity interval training).

12 rounds of timed sessions with 30secs work / 10 sec break.

4-6 stations (BOSU, Gliders, RipSurferX, agilitiy ladder, weights and resistance bands) to work up a sweat. This fast-paced fat melting program is a success!
